Amaliah earned her BA in Psychology from Becker College and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Advanced Trauma-Informed Counseling concentration from Bay Path University. As a compassionate and nurturing therapist, Amaliah specializes in helping individuals heal from PTSD and trauma-related disorders, drawing from her extensive experience across diverse care settings such as residential, community, school-based, in-home, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, telehealth, and outpatient care. She deeply values the unique journey of each person and strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Amaliah’s approach is eclectic and integrative, blending a variety of therapeutic models to provide holistic care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in trauma-informed principles, her practice emphasizes relational, person-centered, and humanistic approaches, ensuring each client’s individual needs are met with respect and empathy. Amaliah excels in supporting clients through complex trauma and is committed to walking alongside them as they address a wide range of mental health concerns and substance use challenges.
A strong advocate for community well-being, Amaliah is passionate about creating and leading programs that foster healing, growth, and connection. Her goal is always to provide an environment where individuals feel supported and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. With a lifelong commitment to learning and growth, Amaliah continuously seeks new ways to enhance her practice and deepen her understanding of the human experience. When she's not working, Amaliah enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, tending to her house plants, and staying active through exercise.
