Dr. Tahir Tellioglu, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Tahir Tellioglu is a board-certified psychiatrist and fellowship-trained addiction psychiatry specialist with extensive experience in the treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. He completed his psychiatry training at Yale University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He currently serves as a Staff Psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital and is an Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Tellioglu has held several leadership roles in behavioral health, including Division Director of Substance Abuse Services at Rhode Island Hospital and Co-Medical Director of the Lifespan Recovery Clinic. He has also served as Medical Director for multiple clinical programs and consulting practices focused on psychiatric evaluation, addiction treatment, and mental health services. In addition to clinical practice, he has contributed to multiple clinical research studies in psychiatry and neurology.

With specialized expertise in addiction psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and the treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders, Dr. Tellioglu is dedicated to providing clinical leadership and oversight to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of psychiatric and addiction care in a supportive and patient-centered environment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to expand access to effective treatments for patients facing substance use and psychiatric challenges.

Ashley Reed LPC, LMHC

Program Director

Our Program Director Ashley is a compassionate, optimistic, and dynamic leader who has 10 plus years of experience working with various populations within the field. Ashley has worked in areas such as chronic mental illness, eating disorders, domestic violence, substance use, and homelessness to name a few. She attended undergrad at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware and obtained her master’s from Saint Elizabeth University formally known as the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. Ashley currently holds her LPC and LMHC and looks forward to continuing to be a leader in the mental health field.

Through Ashley’s journey, she has acquired a multitude of skills and utilized what she has acquired to help the next person. With that, she is vested in utilizing those skills to continue to grow a reputable program that supports those in need. Ashley is passionate about mentorship and giving back. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling (she loves the beach), learning new things, dancing, and shopping! Ashley is here to help and wholeheartedly believes that “Peace of mind is where healing begins”.

Amaliah Torres MS, LMHC

Clinical Director

Amaliah earned her BA in Psychology from Becker College and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Advanced Trauma-Informed Counseling concentration from Bay Path University. As a compassionate and nurturing therapist, Amaliah specializes in helping individuals heal from PTSD and trauma-related disorders, drawing from her extensive experience across diverse care settings such as residential, community, school-based, in-home, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, telehealth, and outpatient care. She deeply values the unique journey of each person and strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Amaliah’s approach is eclectic and integrative, blending a variety of therapeutic models to provide holistic care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in trauma-informed principles, her practice emphasizes relational, person-centered, and humanistic approaches, ensuring each client’s individual needs are met with respect and empathy. Amaliah excels in supporting clients through complex trauma and is committed to walking alongside them as they address a wide range of mental health concerns and substance use challenges.

A strong advocate for community well-being, Amaliah is passionate about creating and leading programs that foster healing, growth, and connection. Her goal is always to provide an environment where individuals feel supported and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. With a lifelong commitment to learning and growth, Amaliah continuously seeks new ways to enhance her practice and deepen her understanding of the human experience. When she's not working, Amaliah enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, tending to her house plants, and staying active through exercise.

Karen Marchessault

Director of Clinical Outreach

Our Director of Clinical Outreach, Karen, received her BS in Business Administration with a Healthcare Focus from Southern New Hampshire University. She has held an array of administrative and leadership roles in the healthcare realm. She is an outgoing, hardworking, driven individual who specializes in client relations.

During Karen’s healthcare journey, she has acquired knowledge in grant writing, insurance contracts, business management, and a multitude of other areas. She is a warm and welcoming person. When Karen is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at her family camp in Maine, skiing, and paddle boarding. She is a strong proprietor of all well-being comes from mental well-being and is always here to help!

Elaine Fisher, BS

Clinical Psychology Intern

Elaine is currently a graduate student at William James College where she is completing her doctoral training in clinical psychology. She earned her BS in Psychology with a minor in neuroscience at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Throughout her undergraduate years, she advocated for mental health through her sorority’s philanthropic efforts which gave her the opportunity to promote mental health and well-being in the community, to let others know they are not alone, and it strengthened her dedication to this field.

Elaine is especially passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges so they can feel like their best selves. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and open environment where others can feel seen, heard, and understood. She values individualized care and looks at the whole picture of each person's background, growth, and healing to provide the most optimal care possible for each person. She understands that everyone has a unique experience in life,  and she wishes to help other’s find their own strengths to aid in healing. In her free time, Elaine loves to dance, travel, watch sit-coms, cook, and bake.
